ModernHyde Warranty

All ModernHyde products are built for real use and are backed by a lifetime workmanship warranty.

If your product fails due to defects in materials or construction, it will be repaired or replaced at no cost.

What's covered

• Stitching failure
• Hardware failure under normal use
• Structural failure of leather, Kydex and composites

What's not covered

• Normal wear, patina, cosmetic aging or fading
• Damage from misuse, modification or neglect
• Excessive heat exposure damage/ deformities (for Kydex products)

Notes on materials

Leather is a natural material and will develop character/ patina over time.  Variations in color, grain and finish are expected and are not considered defects.

How to make a claim

If you experience an issue, contact us with your order information and a description of the problem.  We will evaluate it and make it right.
