Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of handcrafted, made-to-order products, all sales are considered final.
Returns are not accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect model selection by the customer
- Normal variation in leather color, grain or finish
Exchanges/ Adjustments
If there is an issue with fit or function under normal use, contact us. Adjustments or exchanges may be offered at our discretion.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a defective order or Incorrect item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos and order details
We will repair, replace or correct the issue.
Lead Times
All products are made in small batches. Lead times are estimates and not guarantees.
Delays are not grounds for cancellation. Check back with the site and on social media for frequent lead time updates.
Order Reponsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Selecting the correct firearm/ model
- Verifying compatibility before ordering
Used or modified products are not eligible for return.
Shipping costs are non- refundable.
Safety & Liability
ModernHyde products are designed as carry accessories and do not alter the mechanical function of a firearm.
The user is responsible for:
- Safe handling of their firearm
- Ensuring proper fit and retention before use
- Regular inspection and maintenance of their gear
ModernHyde is not responsible for:
- Injury, damage or loss resulting from misuse
- Improper installation or modification
- Failure to follow safe firearm handling practices
